No. We use ultra-low latency, hyper-realistic voice models. Most callers don't realize they are speaking to an AI.

What happens if I go over my minutes?

We charge a simple flat rate for overage.

Does it integrate with my CRM?

Yes. Callrix integrates with HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Cal.com, with more coming soon.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is free and takes about 15 minutes.

How many minutes does a hotel actually need?

Count a normal week of guest calls across every department that answers them - front desk, reservations, concierge, in-room dining, housekeeping - and multiply by four. We estimate three minutes per call, which covers an in-room dining order read back in full. Roughly: under 50 calls a month is the Front Desk plan, up to 167 is the High Season plan, up to 400 is the Full Occupancy plan, and up to 1,000 is the Full Occupancy+ plan.

Does she take room reservations?

Yes - room reservation calls are part of these plans, alongside in-room dining, spa and restaurant bookings and concierge requests. She takes the dates, room type and guest details on the call, and we connect her to your booking setup - booking engine, channel manager or direct - when we set you up. If we don't have an integration for your system yet, we integrate with it on request.

Why does hotel pricing differ from your standard plans?

Because it is a different product. Hotel plans carry live menu and concierge knowledge, room reservation handling, item-by-item in-room dining capture with read-back, spa and restaurant booking logic, and concierge requests routed to the right desk. Our standard receptionist plans do none of that. Hotels and resorts are priced on the plans on this page.

What happens if I go over my plan minutes?

If you go over, overage is charged at A$50 for every 50 extra minutes. You get alerts at 50%, 80% and 100% of your allowance by email and SMS, so it never surprises you.

Does it work with my POS and booking systems?

Yes - and on every plan. In-room dining orders push straight into your POS, with Square supported out of the box, bookings sync to your booking systems, and every order and request is also texted to the right desk the moment the call ends. The plans differ only in included minutes and the per-minute rate, never in features. And if we don't have an integration for your system yet, we integrate with your POS on request.

Can one plan cover more than one property?

Yes - on any plan, you are never limited by it. Every property gets its own AI employee with its own menus, hours and services, and calls route by the number dialled - so the agent answers as that property, not as head office. Every plan covers one AI agent. Each additional agent - a second property, a second line - is A$20/mo on top.
