Short answer: hotel plans run from $119/mo for 150 minutes ($0.79/min) up to $1,499/mo for 3,000 minutes ($0.50/min). The per-minute rate falls as the package grows.

## Scope

These plans cover **inbound** guest calls:

- In-room dining orders, item by item, read back before the call ends
- Spa treatments and restaurant reservations, booked on the call
- Concierge requests - extra pillows to late checkout - captured and routed to the right desk
- Room reservations - dates, room type and guest details taken on the call, connected to your booking setup (booking engine, channel manager or direct; missing integrations built on request)

**Every plan includes every feature.** The plans differ only in included minutes and the per-minute rate - never in features. Every plan covers one AI agent; each additional agent (a second property, a second line) is **US$20/mo** on top, on any plan.

Calls are estimated at three minutes each, which covers an in-room dining order read back in full.
